Foth is seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager – Consumer Products to lead capital and improvement projects for manufacturing clients in the Food & Beverage industry. This role serves as the primary client interface and is responsible for the successful execution of multi-discipline engineering projects from scope development through installation and start-up. This position will be working out of our Green Bay, WI; Madison, WI; Milwaukee, WI; Minneapolis, MN; Jackson, TN; Columbia, SC; Chicago, IL; or US-Based Remote location.Primary Responsibilities:Serve as the primary client interface, leading scope development, proposal support, issue resolution, and long-term client relationship managementLead the planning and execution of multi-discipline capital projects, ensuring delivery within budget, schedule, and contractual requirementsDirect and manage project teams, subcontractors, and vendors; anticipate staffing needs and provide performance feedbackManage project scope, including documentation and execution of approved changesCoordinate procurement of equipment, materials, and installation services, including bid evaluation and contract awardsPartner with construction management to support installation, technical check-out, and start-up activities; coordinate OEMs and contractors as neededDevelop and promote adherence to project-specific safety plans and applicable Foth and client safety standardsIdentify execution efficiencies and support business development opportunities through strong project deliveryTravel as required (approximately 25–35%)Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent technical experienceIndustry experience in Food & Beverage manufacturing5+ years of project management experienceCapital project experience and multi-discipline team leadershipPreferred Qualifications:10+ years of experience in the food or beverage industry7+ years of Project Management experienceProject Management Professional Certification or ability to obtainProfessional Engineer licenseSuccess working in a consultant environment$130,000 - $155,000 a yearThe base compensation listed for this job posting reflects a general range for the posted position. Base compensation will vary based on factors such as: years of experience, location, level of responsibility and licenses/certifications. In addition to base compensation, Foth members may be eligible to receive bonuses through our Earned Performance Incentive program. All employees are eligible for On-the-Spot bonuses. Exempt members are also eligible for either quarterly and/or annual bonuses.
