Base pay range $65,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager for a well respected company in Spartanburg, SC . This is a full time, permanent, direct hire position with full benefits. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of expereince and strong MS office skills. Responsibilities: Lead and manage the team Oversee development of the specific operations department and specifications for products Provide cost effective solutions for the department Resolve conflicts and discrepancies Ensure accurate timelines Maintain accurate records for the department Requirements: Bachelors Degree (Preferred) 3-5 years of experience in operations Strong experience with MS Office Suites (including Excel) Excellent attention to detail Strong management skills and ability to lead a team Hours: Monday -Friday (8am to 5pm) $65,000 - $80,000 PTO Paid Holidays Excellent company culture!
