Precision Welding Technician — Blueprint ManufacturingYour day, engineered for impact

On our 2nd shift in Marysville, MI, you’ll arrive to a clean, organized cell, review the day’s blueprints, and stage materials. You’ll dial in your MIG, TIG, or Stick parameters, run test beads, and weld components to exacting tolerances. Throughout the shift, you’ll collaborate with teammates to hit production goals, keep equipment humming with basic maintenance, and verify each finished part meets our quality and safety standards. Before clocking out, you’ll document results, tidy your workspace, and plan for tomorrow’s builds.

• Execute production welding on a variety of materials with consistency and accuracy.
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to meet job specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on welding equipment.
• Partner with team members to achieve throughput targets and deadlines.
• Follow safety procedures; maintain an orderly, compliant work area.
• Inspect welded assemblies for conformance to standards and quality requirements.
• Engage in ongoing training to build and refine welding capabilities.

• High school diploma or equivalent; welding-related technical certification preferred.
• Hands-on welding experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency or familiarity with MIG, TIG, and Stick processes.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a steady, precise work style.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Working knowledge of shop safety and welding regulations.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
