Shift: Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Schedule: 3 × 12-hour shifts | 36 hours/week
Starting Pay: $33.15/hour + applicable differentials
Critical Care Differential: $6.00/hour
Night Shift Differential: $4.00/hour starting at 7 PM + $0.25/hour starting at 11 PM
Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000 for eligible candidates with a 2-year commitment

Job Summary

Saint Francis Hospital – Yale Campus is seeking experienced Critical Care Float Pool Registered Nurses (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care across critical care areas. This position is ideal for an RN with recent ICU or ER/ED experience who is comfortable caring for critically ill patients and adapting to different clinical environments.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care using the nursing process.
• Provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients.
• Monitor patient conditions and recognize changes requiring immediate intervention.
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital policies.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Provide patient and family education.
• Prioritize and organize care in a fast-paced critical care environment.
• Respond appropriately to changing patient conditions and emergency situations.
• Participate in quality improvement, education, and departmental activities.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and clinical documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current Oklahoma RN license or Compact/Multistate RN license .
• Minimum 1 year of Critical Care Nursing experience.
• Current or recent ICU or ER/ED experience required for consideration.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Incentives

• Starting pay: $33.15/hour
• +$6.00/hour Critical Care Differential
• +$4.00/hour Night Shift Differential starting at 7 PM
• +$0.25/hour additional differential starting at 11 PM
• Up to $10,000 relocation assistance for eligible candidates.
• 2-year service commitment required for relocation assistance.
• Pay may be adjusted based on years of experience.
