Shift: Friday - Sunday | 4 PM - 4 AM + Thursdays during peak

Here's what we're looking for.

• 3+ years of job-related experience with supervising over 15 direct reports preferred
• Digital press, bindery, and/or technical experience a plus

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the production flow, overall quality, merchandising, and packaging portion of the daily operation of the manufacturing production facility.
• Provide direct supervision to leads and operators.
• Report on daily/weekly/monthly metrics
• Plant performance measurements and reporting
• Responsible for labor planning
• Implementation of new systems, policies, and procedures
• Promote and drive quality process
• Responsible for safety in all areas, such as processing and behavioral
