Senior Associate Scientist, Process Analytics

Your work will be instrumental in ensuring drug safety and efficacy, supporting clinical trials, and accelerating the delivery of top‑tier medicines to patients worldwide. What You Will Achieve Support Pfizer’s biotherapeutics portfolio by contributing to analytical testing to support process development of antibody–drug conjugates (ADCs) and monoclonal antibodies (mAbs). How You Will Achieve It Follow procedures with general instructions and work under moderate supervision with regular review. Perform routine testing of in‑process samples, pre‑formal stability support, and automation development. Support process development activities. Compile data, prepare presentations, and support lab automation initiatives. Qualifications Must‑Have: Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years’ experience OR Master’s degree with 0+ years. Experience with analytical techniques (UPLC, CGE, icIEF). Strong problem‑solving and documentation skills. Effective communication and teamwork. Proficiency in using scientific software and Microsoft Office Suite. Hands‑on lab experience. Strong background in experimental design and result interpretation. Proficiency in using personal computers for word processing, Excel, PowerPoint, and scientific software. Nice-to-Have Prior experience with in‑process analytical support for ADC or mAbs. Experience with techniques such as SE‑UPLC, icIEF, CGE, Mass Spectrometry. Familiarity with liquid handling robotics systems (Tecan, Hamilton). Experience with mass spectrometry software (Byosphere, Byos, Xcalibur). Experience using common AI tools, including generative technologies such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot. Non-Standard Work Schedule, Travel, or Environment Requirements Some travel may be required. Pay and Benefits Annual base salary range: $68,600.00 – $114,300.00. Eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 7.5% of the base salary. 401(k) plan with Pfizer Matching Contributions and an additional Pfizer Retirement Savings Contribution.
