Job Summary:

The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for coordinating warehouse operations through interaction with operations management and supporting activities across areas such as inbound, outbound, kitting, and receiving. This role ensures efficient material flow, inventory accuracy, quality compliance, and adherence to health and safety standards. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while supporting operational goals and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate warehouse activities across inbound, outbound, kitting, and related operations based on direction from operations management
• Receive incoming goods and accurately sort, label, package, and store materials to maximize warehouse space
• Pick, pack, and ship products using manual and automated equipment according to customer requirements
• Perform quality checks for damage and discrepancies between goods and invoices
• Identify and control non-conforming materials
• Maintain required productivity standards and cycle times
• Support warehouse housekeeping activities and maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Assist with operator care and maintenance tasks
• Ensure training completion in accordance with business requirements
• Collaborate with peers, support teams, and skilled trades to identify equipment requiring repair
• Promote continuous improvement in quality, safety, process flow, and employee development
• Lead and support HSE training activities
• Report safety hazards, incidents, and injuries while complying with HSE policies and procedures
• Use appropriate personal protective equipment and minimize environmental impact
• Perform miscellaneous duties as required to meet business goals

Required Skills:

• Prior warehouse experience involving work order pulling, kitting, receiving, and material handling
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory processes
• Ability to perform picking, packing, and shipping activities
• Knowledge of quality inspection and discrepancy resolution processes
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Excellent attitude and reliability
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to follow standard work instructions and established procedures
• Flexibility to perform multiple warehouse functions
• Basic problem-solving skills
• Commitment to safety and quality standards

Preferred Skills:

• Forklift experience
• Experience operating manual and automated warehouse equipment

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Education: Bachelors Degree
