GA DPH- IT EHR Enterprise Business Analyst 3

Requirements

• 5 or more years of experience in supporting EHR systems and Windows operating environments.

• Proficiency in HL7 standards and enterprise Practice Management system architectures.

• Experience with cloud infrastructure platforms including Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure.

• Experience with enterprise ticketing and issue-tracking software including Jira and Ivanti.

• Experience in testing and documenting REST APIs utilizing Postman and Swagger.

• Experience with healthcare security protocols to maintain strict HIPAA compliance and data integrity.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to support cross-functional clinical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain enterprise Electronic Health Record and practice management software ecosystems.

• Collaborate with software developers to facilitate seamless HL7 integrations and technical system enhancements.

• Elicit and document clinical business requirements to optimize complex healthcare technology workflows.

• Troubleshoot advanced Windows OS issues and resolve operational anomalies across cloud platforms.

• Execute rigorous system patches, database backups, and security configurations to ensure regulatory compliance.

• Generate comprehensive clinical data reports and translate technical solutions into actionable Jira tickets.

• Deliver continuous technical application support and assist in training programs for diverse healthcare staff.
