IT Business Analyst 3

IDR is seeking a IT Business Analyst 3 to join one of our top clients for a hybrid opportunity. This role involves supporting healthcare IT systems, particularly Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Practice Management systems. The position offers the chance to contribute to critical healthcare projects and systems integration.

Position Overview for the IT Business Analyst 3:

• Under broad supervision, analyzes customer business needs and participates in the planning, design, and implementation of new or enhanced systems.
• Acts as a team or project leader to support EHR and healthcare IT initiatives.
• Collaborates with technical teams to resolve issues, perform system updates, and optimize workflows.
• Provides technical support and training to clinic staff and end-users.
• Generates reports and performs system troubleshooting to ensure data integrity and system performance.

Requirements for the IT Business Analyst 3:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience supporting EHR and Practice Management systems in a healthcare setting.
• Proven experience in system implementation, configuration, and support.
• Proficiency in HL7 and knowledge of IT security best practices preferred.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and software application support.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
