Availability to work on-call or during off-hours as needed to support hospital IT operations.
Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems.
Experience with networking, including installation, configuration, and management of networks is preferred.
Proficiency with ticketing systems like JIRA and Ivanti for issue tracking and ticket management.
Understanding of IT security tools and protocols.

Skill Required / Desired:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related, Required
Experience supporting EHR and Practice Management systems in a medical clinic or similar healthcare setting. Required 3 Years
Proficiency in HL7 and IT security best practices is preferred, Highly desired 3 Years
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and supporting software applications. Required 3 Years
Proficiency with ticketing systems like JIRA and Ivanti for issue tracking and ticket management. Required 3 Years
