Your responsibilities will include:Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed by physiciansMonitoring and reporting patient vital signs and symptoms to the healthcare teamAssisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and feedingMaintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatmentsCollaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plansParticipating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfactionAbout Our Center:Kenton Nursing & Rehab Center is a dedicated and compassionate community that has been serving Hardin County for nearly 40 years.
