Mortgage Product Development Analyst

We're looking to add a Product Development Analyst to our Product Development team. This role provides broad exposure across the mortgage business and works closely with investor partners, housing agencies, and Branch and Corporate teams.The ideal candidate will enjoy a fast-paced environment, a variety of responsibilities, and the opportunity to solve problems that directly support our business and customers. This position involves regular communication with internal and external partners, so strong, professional, and respectful communication skills are essential. Primary ResponsibilitiesReview mortgage investor and agency requirements related to origination to establish new programs, maintain existing programs, and ensure compliance.Manage the application and onboarding process for new investor partners.Establish and maintain mortgage investor programs, including reviewing program guidelines and communicating directly with housing agencies and investors.Research and respond to questions from Branch and Corporate teams, including underwriting scenarios and investor product inquiries.Create and maintain investor matrices that serve as quick-reference program guides and sales tools.Create and maintain mortgage products and mortgage insurance plans within the loan origination and pricing systems.Monitor investor, agency, and housing program updates and revise internal product guidelines as needed.Support Branch and Corporate processes to help ensure accuracy and compliance throughout origination, processing, pricing, underwriting, closing, servicing, and delivery.QualificationsAt least 12 months of mortgage or related customer service experience.Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and apply strong problem-solving skills.Excellent accuracy and attention to detail and ability to multi-task.Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort communicating with customers and business partners by phone and email.Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborate team enviornment. Proficieny with Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel.
