Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Press Brake Operator to join our dynamic team in Gastonia, NC (28056). As a Press Brake Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring precision and quality in bending metal components. • Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and shape metal components according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine job requirements.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality, making adjustments as necessary.
• Maintain and troubleshoot press brake equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machining or manufacturing is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Press Brake Operator or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of metal fabrication processes and press brake operations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a manufacturing setting.
