Performance Media Buyer — High-Volume Inbound Calls ONLY Company: Senior Healthcare AdvisorsLocation: Deerfield Beach, FL / South Florida ; or remote Employment Type: Full-Time Employee Hiring Priority: Immediate About the Role Senior Healthcare Advisors is looking for a highly experienced, hands-on performance marketer with a proven ability to generate sustained, high-volume inbound calls at low acquisition costs. We operate a high-volume in-house acquisition and sales operation and are expanding our inbound-call generation and lead distribution business. This is not primarily a vendor-management or strategy role. We need someone who personally knows how to build, launch, troubleshoot, optimize, and scale traffic. You will work alongside an existing senior media buyer and dedicated marketing technology and engineering support. Our goal is to create multiple strong producers, dependable daily coverage, and multiple scalable sources of inbound calls. What You Will Own Build, launch, optimize, troubleshoot, and scale campaigns generating quality inbound calls. Manage significant media budgets and daily production. Quickly address campaigns that fail to launch, stop spending, or fall behind goals. Test and scale new campaigns, creatives, offers, landing pages, audiences, bidding strategies, and traffic sources. Build additional production methods so the company is not dependent on one person, platform, or campaign. Use call quality, sales results, and profitability—not just platform conversions—to determine what gets scaled or stopped. Coordinate coverage and documented handoffs with the other senior media buyer. Our current objective is low-cost inbound-call acquisition, targeting under $7 in media spend per inbound call, while maintaining strong quality and downstream sales performance. What We Are Looking For The most important qualification is proven high-volume inbound-call production. Experience sustaining 500+ inbound calls per day is required. Experience producing 1,000+ calls per day is especially valuable. Candidates should be prepared to discuss actual results, including daily call volume, media spend, cost per call, how long production was sustained, traffic source, call quality, and downstream sales performance where available. Experience may come from Meta, Google Search, Microsoft/Bing, YouTube, NewsBreak, native advertising, programmatic/display, publisher or affiliate traffic, SEO/organic, or other proven direct-response channels. Deep expertise and proven scale on one or more channels matters more than having experience with every platform. Strong Meta experience is a plus, but exceptional inbound-call performance through other channels is equally valuable. Experience in Medicare, health insurance, home healthcare-related products, ACA, Medicare Supplement, debt settlement, Final Expense, life insurance, financial services, or another high-volume consumer direct-response vertical is strongly preferred, but Medicare experience is not required.You should also understand direct-response creative, landing-page optimization, call tracking, attribution, and performance metrics such as cost per call, qualified call rate, sales outcomes, CPA, and source profitability. Experience with Ringba, CallGrid, CallRail, CallTrackingMetrics, ClickFlare, or comparable systems is required . You do not need to be the integration engineer; our technical team supports the infrastructure.We are looking for someone who is reliable, responsive, independently driven, and accountable for production. This is a full-time employee position, not an independent contractor or outside agency arrangement. You are not expected to provide your own accounts, clients, payment methods, or advertising capital. The successful candidate will have substantial influence over acquisition strategy and play an important role in building the next stage of our lead-generation and lead-selling business.
