Work from home essentials:

1. Laptop or Desktop PC: Laptop or PC with Intel Core i5 6th generation or Better (8th Generation is recommended). Laptop or PC required memory is minimum 16 GB.

2. LED Monitor: LED Monitor with 22-inch screen or better

5. Electricity backup for 2 to 3 hours: In case of a power outage or any unforeseen circumstances, you should have power back up for 2-3 hours

Sitting Requirements:

1. Table & Chair: you should have Table & chair suitable for Laptop usage.

2. Peaceful corner: At home, you should have enough space to work peacefully without any noise disturbance

About the Role:

Position Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

o Write clear, compelling, and concise content for various marketing materials, including blog posts, articles, website copy, email campaigns, social media posts, and ad copy.

o Tailor content to target different audience segments and align with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.

o Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience preferences to inform content creation.

SEO Optimization:

o Incorporate relevant keywords and phrases strategically to optimize content for search engines (SEO) and improve organic visibility.

o Write meta descriptions, title tags, and other SEO elements to enhance content discoverability and click-through rates.

Content Editing and Proofreading:

o Review and edit content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand voice and style guidelines.

o Proofread written materials for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting errors before publication.

Content Calendar Management:

o Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and maintain a content calendar outlining content themes, topics, and publishing schedules.

o Coordinate with other team members to ensure timely delivery of content and alignment with marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Collaboration and Communication:

o Work closely with graphic designers, video producers, and other content creators to develop multimedia content that complements written materials.

o Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather input, feedback, and requirements for content development projects.

Performance Analysis:

o Monitor the performance of written content using analytics tools to track key metrics such as website traffic, engagement rates, and conversion rates.

Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.

• Proven experience as a content writer, copywriter, or similar role, preferably in a IT sector.

• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen attention to detail.

• Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices for content optimization.

• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), keyword research tools, and analytics platforms.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and storytelling concepts.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
