Content Writer

To create engaging UX content for customer-facing support articles and troubleshooting tools, the contract Content Writer will work remotely while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with brand voice and accessibility guidelines. Key responsibilities Write and edit UX content for support articles and troubleshooting tools aimed at both consumer and business audiences Collaborate with designers, product managers, and legal teams to review and enhance existing content while adhering to style, SEO, and accessibility guidelines Manage content projects independently, ensuring alignment with digital experience standards and business objectives Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in English, communications, journalism, or equivalent experience Three to five years of mid-level experience in support content, UX writing, or content design Two or more years of experience in content strategy, incorporating user testing and industry research Experience writing UX content for digital platforms, including support articles and mobile apps Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) and project management systems (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps) is a plus
