Phoenix, Arizona (near Deer Valley Airport) | Full-Time, Permanent | $22.00–$25.00/hr, commensurate with experienceAbout the RoleWe're looking for a Quality Control Technician to join our Phoenix team, ensuring that our custom commercial cooling units meet customer standards and specifications before they ship for installation.What You'll DoPerform quality control testing on custom commercial cooling units against customer specificationsCalibrate and measure components using tape measures, gauges, meters, and calipersRead and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsDocument and report inspection results in accordance with company and industry standardsMaintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and industry standards and best practicesCollaborate with the production team to resolve quality issuesWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalentMinimum 3 years of quality control experienceHVAC experience preferredStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsKeen attention to detailBasic computer skills (MS Excel & MS Word) and math skills for calibration and measurementBlueprint reading capabilitySelf-motivated, organized, and able to multitask while working well with a teamComfortable standing or walking for extended periodsAble to work onsite in our Phoenix office, Monday through FridayScheduleMonday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Occasional overtime or weekend work may be required. Some travel may occasionally be required.
