What you'll do

• Develop, implement, and maintain meeting protocols and reporting systems that enhance decision-making processes and keep the team focused on key business outcomes.
• Manage the team's operational cadence, including organizing monthly all-hands meetings, leadership retreats, and other regular gatherings, ensuring agendas are well-structured and action items are clearly documented and followed up on.
• Ensure that the team consistently utilizes global playbooks and adheres to quality standards, bridging the gap between strategic planning and execution to deliver impactful results.
• Collaborate with the Head of Marketing Innovation to identify staffing needs, support hiring processes, and reallocate resources as project priorities evolve, ensuring the team remains agile and well-resourced.
• Simplify complex data, project updates, and strategic initiatives into concise, digestible briefs for quick communication with executive stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making at the leadership level.
• Identify and address operational silos or process breakdowns within the team, working proactively to resolve inefficiencies and maintain high levels of operational effectiveness.
• Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, emphasizing opportunities for individual growth and long‑term career development within Wolt.
• Partner with senior leaders to align project goals and ensure cross‑functional collaboration, facilitating smooth execution of initiatives across teams.
• Monitor project progress, elevate issues promptly, and support the team in overcoming obstacles to meet deadlines and deliverables.
• Facilitate effective communication among diverse team members and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on priorities and expectations.
• Assist in designing organizational structures and processes that support a high‑performance environment, including defining roles, responsibilities, and workflows.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational practices, leveraging feedback and data to refine processes and increase team productivity.
• Support the onboarding of new team members by providing clarity on processes, expectations, and cultural values, helping them integrate smoothly into the team environment.
• Act as a bridge between the team and senior management, translating strategic objectives into actionable plans and ensuring alignment across all levels.
• Promote a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous learning, encouraging team members to develop their skills and take initiative.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, strategy, project management, or growth marketing within a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.
• Proven ability to work effectively within large, global organizations, coordinating across multiple senior teams without direct authority.
• Demonstrated ownership mentality, with experience in shaping organizational structure, processes, and culture in dynamic settings.
• Strong commercial insight, with a focus on metrics that drive long‑term business success and operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of distilling complex ideas into clear, actionable messages for executive leadership.
• Background in organizational design, people operations, or related fields, with experience in developing career frameworks and fostering high‑performance cultures.
• High analytical proficiency, comfortable working with data analysis tools and technical plans to evaluate proposals from functional leads.
• Ability to simplify complex information and reduce bureaucracy, enabling teams to operate more efficiently and responsively.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑changing environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in managing cross‑functional projects and aligning multiple teams toward common objectives.
