CNC Machinist

Salary: $23.50–$25.00/hour

• 2.00/hour shift premium for 2nd shift
• 3.00/hour shift premium for 3rd shift

What your future day will look like: Set up and operate CNC machines (mostly grinders) Perform program edits at the machine as needed Machine carbide steel components used in drill bits and cutting tools Hold very tight tolerances and ensure parts meet strict quality standards Inspect parts using precision measuring tools Follow all ITAR, quality, and safety requirements Work collaboratively with team members across all shifts Benefits Offered: Competitive hourly pay with shift differentials Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Direct hire opportunity with a stable, growing company Type: Contract to Hire To be a champion in this role, you will need: A.S. in Machine Tool Technology will be a huge plus!
