Job Overview As a Full Time Stock Supervisor, you are the first face of the brand for growing families. You’ll welcome new parents and grandparents, introduce them to baby essentials, help prep them for the first day of school, and support all stages of their parenting journey. Key Responsibilities Drive store results through organization of the stockroom, ensuring accurate and timely flow of merchandise to the sales floor. Maintain merchandising and presentation standards using company processes. Provide training on stockroom organization and replenishment in partnership with management. Support customer focus on the sales floor, offering assistance with product styles, features, and benefits. Foster a positive environment for employees and customers. Recognize and reward exceptional performance and redirect employees when needed. Support the team in delivering consistent customer service and driving engagement via loyalty and omnichannel programs. Assist store team with asset protection and safety awareness. Qualities we’d love in a candidate Positive, solutions‑oriented mindset. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated leadership, supervisory, and customer engagement skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Physical Requirements Lift up to 40 pounds and perform frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling. Stand or walk for extended periods; climb up and down a ladder. Availability may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with a minimum of two closing shifts per week.
