Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; automotive certification preferred. Proven experience in automotive quality control or a similar role. Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and repair processes. Attention to detail and excellent observational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Strong communication skills and customer service orientation. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methods.
