PWCMR Senior Coordinator Salary: $54,744 - $68,328 annually (monthly $4,562 - $5,694). Location: Nashville, TN. Department: Department of Education. Position Type: Full‑time. This role is in‑office with flexibility to work remotely as business needs allow, pursuant to the Department’s Alternative Workplace Solutions policy. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university plus four years of full‑time professional educational, instructional, or supervisory/administrative work. Graduate coursework may substitute for experience on a year‑for‑year basis, up to a maximum of two years. One year of experience as an Education Consultant I or School Nutrition Consultant with the State of Tennessee. Possess a valid driver’s license. Responsibilities Review and revise Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs of study and course standards for the following career clusters: Management & Entrepreneurship; Arts, Entertainment & Design; Digital Technology; and Financial Services. Work closely with local education agencies (LEAs), industry advisory councils, and state advisors of Career and Technical Student Organizations (CTSOs) to promote and provide seamless college and career pathways for students. Align activities to the Department of Education’s Strategic Priorities, ensuring high‑quality CTE programs, developing instructional leaders’ skills, and expanding district capacity for career pathways.
