Job Title: HR Service Delivery Specialist
Work location: Remote
Duration: 12 Months
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
- Advise employees on HR policies, procedures, benefits, and workplace matters.
- Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, leave management, and separations.
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including interviews, offers, and new hire onboarding.
- Assist with employee relations, engagement initiatives, and resolution of workplace concerns.
- Partner with Finance to support payroll administration and accurate employee compensation processing.
- Ensure HR practices comply with applicable employment laws and organizational policies.
- 2-3 years of professional experience in Human Resources, HR Operations, or a similar position.
What type of education is needed for this position? Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline
Is industry experience needed for this role and why? Yes, prior experience within Human Resources Service Delivery and managing payroll
