HR Coordinator
Trident Consulting is seeking an HR Coordinator for one of our clients in Aliso Viejo, CA (5 days in the office a week). Role: HR Coordinator Location: Aliso Viejo, CA (5 days in the office a week) Type: Contract Rate: $25/Hr W2
Requirements:
- Schedule and set up interviews
- Manage Meet & Greet for candidates
- Booking and setting travel itineraries (hotels and flights)
- Professionally working closely with the candidates, being the main point of contact
- Creating a great candidate experience and maintaining and following Glaukos procedures.
- Possibly booking travel itineraries for interviews
- Assisting the TA team with other duties -Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition
- BS Degree (new grad)
- Go-getter attitude
- Great culture fit
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Willing to take initiative and is a self-starter
- Strong communication skills in verbal and written
- Problem-solving skills
- Has interest in learning HR
