Prime Healthcare is actively seeking new members to join our corporate team! Responsibilities The Account Resolution Specialist focuses on timely follow-up of Managed Care and Commercial accounts. They communicate clearly and efficiently by phone with health plans, physician offices, and patients. They maintain productivity and quality standards, obtain state collection guidelines if applicable, and review managed care contracts. Qualifications Preferred four years hospital managed care/commercial collector experience. Knowledge of contract interpretation. Familiarity with hospital billing requirements.
