Gain exposure to advanced HR systems and analytics.Job DescriptionOverviewLead HR system implementations and enhancements, ensuring seamless integration and functionality improvements.Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to drive data integrity and operational excellence.Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules, including onboarding, benefits, and security administration.Develop and deploy optimized HRIS processes and integrations with internal and external systems.Provide technical support and training for HR systems, ensuring user proficiency and satisfaction.Generate insightful HR data reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.Maintain system documentation, user guides, and training materials for HRIS functionalities.Stay updated on HR technology trends and recommend innovative solutions to enhance HR operations.Key Responsibilities & DutiesPerform ongoing maintenance and enhancements of HR systems, ensuring optimal performance.Collaborate with vendors to implement and upgrade HR technology solutions.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing support to HR team members and employees.Design and deploy HR dashboards and reports for data visualization and analysis.Develop and implement processes to improve data integrity and transaction consistency.Configure and test HRIS processes and integrations, ensuring seamless functionality.Conduct training sessions and develop user manuals for HR systems.Support HR-related projects and operations, contributing to overall organizational goals.Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a focus on HR or technology.Minimum 5 years of experience in HRIS configuration and operations, preferably with Workday.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills.Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.Excellent communication and organizational abilities.Knowledge of HR processes and stakeholder engagement strategies.Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with integrity.
