The Compensation Operations Associate at Millennium will assist in the development and implementation of our compensation philosophy, policies, and practices around the world, supporting our best efforts to attract and retain the best talent available. This function requires liaising with other departments such as Finance, Legal, and Tax and will also involve providing support to other HR functions. A successful candidate will have a strong interest in compensation/analytics within Human Resources. They will be hired to support the Compensation, Benefits & HR Services team in a variety of areas; particularly focused on the year-end compensation process administration.What You'll DoSupport the global year-end compensation process, including system preparation, testing, training, communications, and analytical reportingAssist with compensation planning activities, including cost modeling, budget-to-compensation comparisons, and preparation of reports and analysisReview and reconcile compensation data to ensure accuracy and completeness across HR systemsSupport compensation system configuration and administration, including user acceptance testing, data audits, and end-user supportAdminister the global deferred compensation program, including grants, balance tracking, forfeitures, distributions, and statementsServe as a resource for employees on compensation-related matters, providing clear and timely supportPartner with internal stakeholders across HR and other functions to support compensation operations and related processesContribute to special projects and broader team initiatives as neededWhat You BringBachelor’s degree in an analytical field such as Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related HR discipline5 to 7 years of experience in a compensation function preferredStrong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with close attention to detail and data accuracyAdvanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookup functions, countifs/sumifs, complex formulas, and chartingStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages effectively to different audiencesSound judgment, discretion, and integrity in handling sensitive and confidential informationExperience with Workday HRIS is a plusExperience using AI tools is a plusSalary RangeMillennium offers a total compensation package which includes a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and comprehensive benefits. The estimated base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $160,000, which is specific to New York City and may change in the future.
