About the Role Join an executive compensation and employee benefits practice advising on corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and ERISA compliance. This opportunity is designed for an attorney with 3-5 years of executive compensation and employee benefits experience. Responsibilities Conduct due diligence for mergers and acquisitions involving executive compensation and employee benefit matters. Draft, review, and negotiate executive compensation agreements and related documentation. Advise clients on compliance with the Internal Revenue Code and ERISA. Support middle-market mergers and acquisitions involving employee benefits and executive compensation issues. Analyze legal and regulatory matters affecting compensation and benefits programs. Collaborate with transactional attorneys on corporate deals. Provide practical legal advice regarding executive compensation compliance. Assist with drafting transaction-related documents and client communications. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in executive compensation and employee benefits. Experience advising on executive compensation and employee benefits matters in corporate transactions. Required Skills Strong research, analytical, and client counseling abilities.
