Enrollment Service Agent – Bilingual (Spanish) – $20/hr | Oakland, CA
Full-Time | Contract | Onsite
InSync Consulting Services LLC is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish) Enrollment Service Agent to join our team in Oakland, CA . This is an onsite position assisting community members with health insurance benefit enrollment. Full training will be provided.
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Conduct face-to-face outreach and presentations for beneficiaries (individual & group settings).
- Explain managed care options and assist with enrollment/un-enrollment processes.
- Support beneficiaries with medical exemptions and waiver inquiries.
- Accurately complete data entry and maintain enrollment records in CRM systems.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with county staff, community groups, and clients.
- Provide status updates on enrollment cases and handle beneficiary questions in both English and Spanish.
- Assist with training new team members and supporting community events/health fairs.
- Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and performance standards.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Bilingual – Spanish (read, write, and speak fluently) required.
- Valid CA Driver’s License, insurance, and ability to travel within the county.
- Computer literacy with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); ability to learn new software quickly.
- Typing speed of 20+ WPM.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Six months of human services, teaching, community outreach, marketing, or public relations experience strongly preferred.
- Experience working with low-income or diverse populations a plus.
Work Location: Oakland, CA (Onsite – travel within county as needed)
