Job Description Registered Veterinary Technician – Full Time Are you an experienced Registered Veterinary Technician ready to take the next step in your career? At Wilmington Animal Healthcare Veterinary Hospital , we’re looking for a motivated, compassionate team player to join our fast‑paced, high‑quality, and supportive veterinary practice in beautiful Wilmington, NC . We’re a thriving 8‑doctor, AAHA‑accredited practice, with 5–6 doctors on the floor daily and an average caseload of 19–22 patients per day. Our hospital blends general practice and urgent care, giving you the opportunity to expand your clinical skills in a dynamic environment. Partner with Clients: You’ll be a key point of contact for pet owners, educating them on treatments, reviewing medical records, and confidently answering their questions. What You’ll Bring to the Team Graduate of an AVMA‑accredited Veterinary Technician program. A current state veterinary technician license (RVT) in good standing. Proficiency in a range of technical skills, including nursing, surgery, dental care, radiology, and laboratory procedures. A calm and efficient approach, especially in fast‑paced or stressful situations. Strong communication skills and a passion for working collaboratively. One year of experience in the veterinary industry is preferred.
