Job Description
Title: Therapy - Skilled Nursing

Schedule:
Shift: 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM
Days: Monday - Friday

Assignment Details:
Contract Length: 52 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours

Requirements:
- Acceptable disciplines: Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), Speech Language Pathology (SLP), Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA), Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA)
- Salary placement fee: 10%
- Salary range: $40 - $50

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and families on treatment protocols and rehabilitation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
