Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnostic evaluations for both adults and adolescents to develop individualized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other modalities as appropriate.

• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to efficiently document therapy sessions, treatment progress, and client interactions while maintaining strict adherence to confidentiality protocols.

• Collaborate with an integrated care team, including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to optimize treatment outcomes and ensure comprehensive support for clients.

• Maintain an organized schedule, managing daily therapy appointments and following up with clients as needed to assess progress and provide continuous support.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
