Budget Analyst: Data-Driven Budgeting & Fund Monitoring

Specialized Experience One full year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS‑09 level. Assisting in the preparation of preliminary budget estimates and justifications; Assisting with monitoring of budget allocation and execution to ensure that operating program objectives are met; Extracting and summarizing data from financial systems to inform managers about fund status; Monitoring expenditures to ensure funds are used within legal and administrative constraints.
