Client Services Associate

CFM is hiring a Client Services Associate to join our office in Virginia Beach, VA. As a Client Services Associate , you will collaborate with other members in the Concierge Department to provide wealth management and investment advisory services. The Client Services Associate will join a team of dynamic, collaborative, and client-focused professionals who take pride in delivering massive value to the families the firm serves. Essential duties for the Client Services Associatet role will include, but are not limited, to: Prepare and review investment account applications Communication with department leads to ensure efficiency when establishing new client relationships Accurately describe value proposition of CFM’s investment philosophy Perform detailed data collection and use the client onboarding process including risk tolerance questionnaire Facilitate rollover and transfer calls with clients Gather and update client information in preparation of investment and service items Conduct service meetings, i.e., DocuSign walkthrough, signing forms, etc Process bank information, address, and name changes Understand regulations as it pertains to investment account set-up Statement review calls Qualifications/Experience: 1-3 years of experience in the wealth management industry Bachelor’s degree & 1-3 years’ experience in financial services(i.e. Banking, Accounting, Mortgages etc.) FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses preferred or related licenses (i.e. series 7,65,66). Excellent written and verbal communication skills Possess a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to manage and process account applications efficiently and accurately.
