Snapshot / Role Overview:
We're seeking a Project Foreman in Dickinson, ND to lead electrical installation crews and coordinate field activities for commercial and industrial projects.
- Drive project success through effective crew leadership and coordination
- Ensure quality electrical installations through skilled supervision
- Maintain project schedules by managing daily work assignments
- Support safety compliance through protocol enforcement and training Responsibilities:
- Lead electrical installation crews on commercial and industrial projects
- Coordinate daily work assignments and ensure proper staffing levels
- Review electrical plans and specifications with crews
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure NEC compliance
- Manage material deliveries and coordinate with suppliers
- Enforce safety protocols and conduct safety meetings
- Communicate with project managers on progress and challenges
- Train and mentor journeymen and apprentices Compensation and Logistics:
