Planning Assistant
We are seeking a Planning Assistant to support our Contracts and Planning team by preparing and verifying production paperwork, organizing manufacturing documentation, scanning and archiving records, and assisting with the release of jobs to production. This role plays a vital part in ensuring that materials, labels, and documentation are accurate, complete, and compliant with customer, regulatory, and KMM requirements.
As a Planning Assistant, you will work closely with Planners, Contract Administrators, production personnel, and the Planning Team Lead to keep projects moving smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities include releasing jobs in Dynamics, preparing totes for production, printing and verifying work instructions and engineering documents, scanning manufacturing orders, maintaining accurate records, and supporting data entry and reporting activities. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to quality, with strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills. While no prior experience is required, candidates with manufacturing, production, logistics, document control, or planning experience are encouraged to apply.
