Pay: Estimated Annual Earnings $70,000 to $110,000 (Commission Pay Plan)

Schedule: You must have open availability to work any day/shift, Schedule TBD

Department Hours: Monday - Friday: 7am-6pm; Saturday: 8am-4pm

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and act as the main contact throughout the service process and appointment.
• Listen to customer concerns and document vehicle issues that are shared.
• Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs.
• Prepare estimates, write repair orders, and explain work
• Maintain an open line of communication with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs
• Deliver a positive customer experience that builds trust and loyalty.
• You'll work in and around the service department and report to the service manager.

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years of experience in a service advisor role.
• Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile.
• Experience with Hyundai, Kia or Genesis.
• 1+ years of experience in a customer service role.
• Comfortability working with customers in person and over the phone.
• Experience using CDK
• Working knowledge of computers.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

Total Rewards

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commissions off Individual Sales and Individual Gross Profit, and bonuses based on Individual Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, and Flat Rate Hours.

The Annual Estimated Earnings Range is $70,000.00 - $110,000.00.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
