Job Title: House Manager/Direct Support Professional

Our organization is seeking a House Manager to oversee the overall functioning and performance of the House to which they are assigned. The House Manager will be responsible for providing direct care to adults with developmental disabilities.

House Manager Responsibilities:

Manage all activities and efforts within the House
Provide direct care to clients
Ensure the safety and well-being of all clients
Implement individualized care plans for each client
Supervise and train staff members
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Manage the House budget and expenses
Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other staff members
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a House Manager. If you meet the requirements and are interested in this position, please submit your resume and cover letter for consideration.

Requirements:

Preferred Bachelor's degree in a related field (Social or Health sciences, Psychology, etc.) or equivalent experience
Minimum of 1 year experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to developmental disabilities
Valid driver's license that is 3 years old and reliable transportation
