ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2022 and currently lead a team of four. Before becoming an agent, I spent five years as a team member, gaining valuable experience in customer service, sales, and agency operations. That foundation helped me build an agency focused on growth, relationships, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Our agency is actively involved in the community, and we believe in giving back and supporting the people and organizations around us. Joey Dobbs - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
