This AmeriCorps/Washington Service Corps national service position is for a Technology Workshop Facilitator at the Seattle Housing Authority (SHA). The role involves leading small group sessions that teach basic computer skills, internet safety, and essential online tools. The facilitator designs and delivers interactive workshops, provides direct instruction in basic computer use, offers individual coaching, and tracks attendance along with data to measure impact. Responsibilities Increase residents’ access to employment and vital services through improved digital literacy. Design and deliver interactive workshops tailored to different needs and skill levels. Provide direct instruction in basic computer use. Offer individual coaching to residents. Track attendance and gather data to measure impact. Benefits Monthly stipend: $2,438. Bus pass.
