Experienced Apartment Maintenance Technicians Needed

Location: East Valley of Greater Phoenix
Service Areas: Tempe, Chandler, Ahwatukee, Gilbert, Mesa, and Scottsdale
Opportunities: Temp-to-Hire and Temporary Assignments

The Phoenix Staffing is hiring experienced Apartment Maintenance Technicians to work with leading apartment communities throughout the East Valley and surrounding areas—including Tempe, Chandler, Ahwatukee, Gilbert, Mesa, and Scottsdale .

While some assignments are temporary—such as helping a community with additional work orders, property projects, employee absences, or seasonal needs— most of our opportunities involve vacant positions that our clients are looking to fill permanently.

These temp-to-hire opportunities allow you to work at the community, demonstrate your abilities, and potentially be hired directly as a full-time employee by our client.

Job Responsibilities

• Complete apartment service requests and general repairs
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, carpentry, and maintenance work
• Assist with apartment turns and make-ready duties
• Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance
• Maintain common areas, amenities, and property equipment
• Communicate professionally with residents and on-site team members
• Follow all property safety procedures and operational standards

What We’re Looking For

• At least one year of apartment or property maintenance experience preferred
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs
• HVAC or EPA certification is a plus
• Dependable transportation and reliable attendance
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of an on-site team
