Filling a pipe crew by Monday is a different job than filling an office seat by next month.

A construction company in Corona is hiring a bilingual recruiter to own hiring and onboarding for its field workforce. This seat covers the crews: volume hiring, last-minute needs, interns, and batch onboarding.

Be honest with yourself about the volume. Summers are slammed and the paperwork is relentless, but that's the job. If you're a recruiter who knows construction terms and genuinely likes people, this one is worth a look.

What you'll own

• Full-cycle recruiting for field, skilled trades, and intern roles, from sourcing through offer
• Last-minute hiring when a project needs people now
• Batch onboarding in 1–3 day cycles: background checks, drug screens, I-9s, W-4s and heat illness prevention documentation
• 30/60/90-day check-ins with new hires
• Job fairs and community outreach
• Responsiveness to hiring managers, who are your customers
• Backup for the recruiting lead when they're out, so nothing stops

What you bring

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting, ideally high-volume hourly or field hiring
• Fluent Spanish and English
• You know what an I-9, a W-4 and heat illness prevention paperwork are, and why they matter
• Construction experience a strong plus. You know the difference between a laborer, a pipe layer and an operator.
• You're as comfortable speaking with a superintendent as with a new hire on day one
• You'd rather pick up the phone than wait on an email
• ADP Recruiting a plus, and learnable on the job
