2ND SHIFT LIVESTOCK HANDLER/KILL FLOOR

HOURS :            2ND SHIFT- flexible as needed or required;
Saturdays as needed or required  

Responsibilities:  

• Direct live hogs from the trucks through the yards to the Kill Floor
• Washing and cleaning required
• Other duties as needed or required
• Overall to identify any slow, stressed or injured Hogs 

Qualifications : 

• Basic math skills
• Good people skills
• Self-motivated -- work well without direct supervision
• Must be able to work with live hogs
• Must be able to operate bobcat skid loader
• Ability to follow instructions
• Physically able to direct live hogs for an entire shift
• Good work history and attendant 
• Resume required

  The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following  compensation and benefits :   

  • Benefits : Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;

  • Base hourly salary range: $21.90-$23.10
