Manager Multi Specialty

Position Overview Under the general direction of the assigned Director of Physician Practice Operations, the Manager of the Multi‑Specialty Practices is responsible for the overall planning, development, coordination, implementation and management of all medical office administrative functions and related medical office development activities (except direct patient care) in a medical office setting. The primary focus of the position includes, but is not limited to, day‑to‑day operations, financial management, communication, and inter‑office coordination to ensure service quality of the medical office. Responsibilities Plan, develop, coordinate, implement, and manage medical office administrative functions. Oversee day‑to‑day operations to ensure smooth functioning of the practice. Manage financial aspects of the multi‑specialty practice. Facilitate communication and inter‑office coordination with other departments. Ensure service quality and compliance with regulatory requirements. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; or enrollment in a related Bachelor's program to be completed within three years of hire and prior healthcare managerial experience. Experience creating, applying, and manipulating data in Microsoft Excel and Word. Prior healthcare managerial experience.
