Sustainment / Pre‑Production Lead Logistics Specialist (EMU/EMF) Are you an organized logistics professional with experience supporting large‑scale deployable medical facilities? Do you understand the importance of sustaining equipment and material readiness for rapid response missions? If so, this role offers an opportunity to support Serco North America at NMRLC. In this role, you will manage sustainment and pre‑production efforts for EMU and EMF platforms, ensuring all material is accounted for, properly stowed, replaced as necessary, and maintained in a ready‑for‑issue condition. Your leadership will support efficient production cycles and mission readiness. In This Role You Will Lead sustainment and pre‑production activities for assigned platforms. Ensure allowances are complete and properly stowed. Replace expired material and remove excess items. Maintain platform readiness in DMLSS. Required Qualifications Minimum three (3) years of project or logistics management experience related to the position description. Minimum five (5) years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations related to the position description. Experience supporting inventory, shelf‑life, disposal, and sustainment operations related to the position description. High School Diploma or GED. The ability to maintain accurate, audit‑ready documentation. U.S. Citizenship and ability to meet Government suitability requirements. Valid driver’s license and ability to operate approved delivery vehicles. Proficiency with MS Office applications and warehouse management systems. Knowledge of platform‑based stowage. Current OSHA certification or willingness to obtain. Successful background checks including fingerprint checks and drug screenings. Active Secret Clearance, or ability to obtain within 30 days. Regular availability to work on‑site Monday through Friday at the Cheatham Annex, Williamsburg, VA. Preferred Qualifications Support of inventory, shelf‑life, disposal, and sustainment operations. Experience leading sustainment or pre‑production operations. Platform‑specific experience (ERSS/ERCS, FDPMU/CDML, or EMU/EMF). Experience using DMLSS Assembly Management. Valid forklift license (4K–6K and stand‑up forklifts) or ability to obtain. Location Cheatham Annex, Williamsburg, VA. Work on‑site Monday to Friday.
