This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative, high-profile domestic and cross-border transactions for clients across asset management, private credit, private equity, and life sciences industries. The practice is widely recognized for executing complex financings and structuring cutting-edge capital markets transactions in global markets.Candidate Profile:JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing.3-8 years of substantive experience in capital markets.Experience representing issuers, underwriters, and placement agents in public offerings, private placements, and other securities offerings. Strong background advising on securities law compliance and reporting obligations under the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Experience representing business development companies (BDCs) and other 1940 Act funds; experience with 1933 Act ETFs is a plus.
