This role is essential in providing exceptional service by preparing and serving breakfast, maintaining cleanliness, and upholding brand and health standards. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and organization in the breakfast area and kitchen throughout service hours. Maintain food inventory by ordering and receiving food into inventory. Follow all health and safety protocols, including cleaning and sanitizing service lines, beverage dispensers, and other equipment. Assist in other areas of the hotel operations as needed to support the team. Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
