Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ psychological and emotional needs to inform tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic models that address issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and stress management.

• Document client progress and treatment updates accurately in our electronic medical records (EMR) system, adhering to confidentiality and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field accredited by an authorized institution.

• Hold an active state license as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT.

• A minimum of two years' experience in direct mental health counseling, with a proven track record of effectively helping clients navigate emotional challenges.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to develop rapport quickly with clients, their families, and interdisciplinary teams.

• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) is preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
