Position Description Job Title: Program Manager Location: DC US (Primary) Security Clearance: Secret Role Summary: The successful candidate will play a critical role advising senior leaders on defense policy and appropriation matters and track funding and language impacts on Navy programs and policies, acting as the SME for defense policy and appropriation matters. You will produce written documents for senior officials including briefing materials, legislative summaries, background papers and correspondence. Responsibilities Work closely with the Government Contracting Officer and COR. Ensure that the contractor's performance meets all Government contracting requirements within cost and schedule. Manage personnel, Government material and assets, and personnel & facility security. Job Requirements Clearance Requirement: Secret Required Experience: 20+ years of management experience with the Department of Defense (DoD); Programmatic, Administrative, Financial, Information Technology tasks/support experience. Required Education: Post-graduate degree in a technical or management related area desired. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or DAWIA Level III Certification in Program Management desired.
