Service Operations Manager

AutoTech Solutions LLC

AutoTech Solutions LLC in Plano, TX seeks a Service Operations Manager to lead day-to-day IT service delivery for automotive diagnostic, telematics, and software integration projects. You will oversee service teams, coordinate schedules, manage SLAs, and ensure timely resolution of complex technical issues for vehicle and fleet customers. Responsibilities include optimizing service workflows, tracking KPIs, refining support processes, and collaborating with engineers and technicians to deploy upgrades. You’ll mentor staff, drive continuous improvement, and support a culture of innovation, quality, and excellent customer experience in a fast-growing automotive technology environment.
